At Umbrella Republic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return eligible items within 7 calendar days of purchase. This policy applies to purchases made through our online store.

2. What’s Eligible for Refund / Return / Exchange

To qualify for a refund, return, or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date (or delivery date, if applicable — specify clearly on site).

  • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging may be opened.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, invoice, or order confirmation).

  • Items that are non-refundable or non-returnable under this policy include (but are not limited to): customized or personalized items, perishable goods (if you sell any), intimate/hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable), digital downloads, or items clearly marked as “Final Sale.”

3. What Happens if Item is Defective, Damaged or Incorrect

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we will either:

  • Offer a full refund within 02 Days, or

  • Provide a replacement or exchange (subject to stock/availability),
    according to your choice.
    We may require photos or video evidence of the damage/defect before approving a return.

4. Refund / Exchange Methods & Shipping Costs

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at purchase (credit card, bank transfer, digital wallet, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.

  • If you prefer, we may offer store credit or exchange instead of a straight refund.

5. Return & Refund Process — Step by Step

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 7days of purchase/receipt. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number or return instructions, and your return address (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item with no worries.

  4. We will refund even before returning.

6. Cancellations & Changes Before Shipping

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped, contact us immediately. We will honor the cancellation/modification and refund in full.

  • Once the order has shipped, returns must follow the standard return process above.

7. When Your Refund Will Be Processed

  • We always try our best to refund the same day of complaint if verified.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless store credit or other option is agreed.

8. How We Handle Disputes / Customer Issues

If there is a disagreement regarding the condition of the returned item or eligibility of refund, we give priorirty to our customer arguments to avoid disputes.

Umbrella Republic reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
